Mission Lexington
The Dental Clinic began in June of 2006 and the Medical Clinic was launched in December of 2008. In the first 4.5 years of service to our community, the clinics provided over 4.5 thousand patient visits.
To be eligible to place your name on the waiting list to become a patient at the Mission Lexington Dental Clinic on 216 S. Limetone St., you must:
- Be over 18 years of age,
- Live in Lexington, KY
- Have no dental insurance,
- Have an annual household income at or below $10,890 for a family of one (+ $3,820 for each additional family member in the household) or be a current Mission Lexington Medical Clinic Patient,
- Be willing to wait a couple of months for your first appointment, and make sure you keep in contact with us if your telephone number changes while you are on the waitlist.

Please note: The Dental Clinic cannot provide dentures if we did not extract your teeth.
To become a patient at the Mission Lexington Medical Clinic at 230 South Martin Luther King Blvd., you must:
- Be over 18 years of age,
- Live in Lexington, KY
- Have no medical insurance or medical card,
- Have an annual household income at or below $20,146 for a family of one (+ $7067 for each additional family member in the household) and
- Be currently working, drawing unemployment compensation, be a full-time student, or have ever been seen as a Mission Lexington Dental Clinic Patient.
